We have experience in working with large and small multifamily, subsidized and market rate private and public rental housing developers/owners and municipalities. Our experience has taught us a thing or two and we may be able to help you with your project.
Community Organizing & Resident Engagement
We are committed to working with residents, government, non-profit and business stakeholders who have a vision for creating opportunities for our residents. We seek entrepreneurial driven approaches to solving some of the most intractable issues facing our communities.

We choose to find projects where we can achieve a sustainable financial return, create value for our partners and improve the lives of the people. All projects that we take on must meet both, our financial and social objectives.
Our current redevelopment projects are focused on the rehabilitation of two properties located in the Greenwood redevelopment area of East Orange.
